At UAE Beee2bees Dropshipping, we strive to ensure both resellers and their customers are satisfied. This Refund Policy outlines when refunds are applicable and the procedures involved.

1. Who This Policy Covers

·         You (the Reseller) purchasing from our platform

·         End Customers who purchase from your own store (you manage their refund policies)

2. Eligible Refund Scenarios

You are eligible for a refund if:

·         A product arrives damaged or defective

·         A product is significantly different from the description

·         An item is lost in transit or not delivered within 30 business days

·         You received the wrong product

3. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds for:

·         Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

·         Delayed delivery due to incorrect address or customs issues

·         Packages marked as delivered by the courier

·         Items ordered by mistake by the reseller or customer

·         Final sale, promotional, or custom-made items

4. Refund Request Procedure

1.     Email refunds@beee2bees.com or contact support

2.     Provide:

o    Order number

o    Product name

o    Description and photo proof (if applicable)

3.     Requests must be made within 7 calendar days of delivery or expected delivery date

5. Processing Time

·         Refunds are reviewed within 3–5 business days

·         Approved refunds issued within 5–10 business days to the original payment method

6. Handling Customer Refunds

You, the reseller, are responsible for refunding your customer. We refund you, and you handle end customer reimbursement according to your own store policy.
